About the role
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients with a significant number of active sites, handling post-sales activities and ongoing relationship management;
- Manage deployment, improvement and expansion projects for Telecom/Connectivity services;
- Lead executive meetings with clients (QBRs, metrics, performance and follow-up of Work Orders and SLAs);
- Identify upsell opportunities, reduce churn and improve the customer experience;
- Coordinate internal interfaces (Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales and PMO) to ensure deliverables and problem resolution;
- Drive demand and incident management processes and technical-operational action plans;
- Support and/or lead the team involved in account servicing and portfolio management (when applicable);
- Prepare management reports and operational performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in IT, Telecom, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields);
- Experience in B2B post-sales and account portfolio management;
- Solid experience in project management (certification or best practices in PMI/ITIL preferred);
- Strong knowledge of IT and Telecom (networks, connectivity, infrastructure, SLAs, etc.);
- Experience in executive client meetings and KPI management;
- Leadership profile and ability to lead teams and stakeholders;
- Intermediate or advanced English;
- Experience in corporate Telecom/ISP environments or connectivity infrastructure;
- Certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Scrum, Customer Success).
