About the role

  • Sales Support at CMA CGM providing assistance to commercial teams and client requests. Focused on client satisfaction and commercial performance in the shipping sector.

Responsibilities

  • You receive, qualify and process incoming customer requests
  • You contact the appropriate internal stakeholders to prepare relevant and competitive pricing offers
  • You follow up with customers on quotes that have not been finalized
  • You help maintain and regularly update commercial databases and performance indicators
  • You assist customers in using online pricing tools
  • You contribute to resolving commercial disputes
  • You ensure compliance with Quality, Safety and Security procedures

Requirements

  • Degree or training in business, transport/logistics or equivalent, with proven experience in sales support or in the maritime/logistics sector
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in file management
  • Strong proficiency with IT systems and office software
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsiveness, customer-service orientation and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
