About the role

  • Analyze post-sales indicators and develop actions with importers to ensure achievement of targets;
  • Collaborate with other LAM areas (Sales, Network Development, Marketing and Product) to develop integrated initiatives that drive target attainment;
  • Plan events together with importers to promote the sales of parts and accessories and increase loyalty;
  • Stay informed about major developments, post-sales promotional activities and specific characteristics of each market;
  • Act in a consultative capacity to deliver analyses that facilitate decision-making;
  • Develop strategic projects across the region together with other team members.

Requirements

  • Ensure achievement of Parts & Accessories, CSS and Satellite Repeat Repair objectives by delivering strong consultancy supported by action plans, follow-ups and on-site visits to Dealers;
  • Ensure maintenance of post-sales processes and programs at Dealers and verify compliance with the manufacturer’s standards and policies;
  • Promote and monitor improvements in training metrics for Dealers’ aftersales teams and encourage professional development;
  • Monitor and advise Dealers on aftersales profitability metrics, promoting continuous improvement of their indicators;
  • Verify the presence and ensure correct use, maintenance and storage of tools, equipment, technical literature and workshop checklists.
