Responsibilities
Plan and manage assigned marketing projects from kick-off through deployment
Build timelines, track deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders
Align projects to strategic goals and deliver on time
Partner with leadership to shape guest criteria and offer values
Problem-solve quickly with property teams and vendors when issues arise
Translate business briefs into clear event and offer details
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor coordination
Track budgets and reconcile expenses after events to ensure accuracy
Review creative for accuracy and brand alignment
Proof and QA direct mail and email assets before launch
Work with Events, Direct Mail, Analytics, Studio, Brand, Internal Services, and property marketing leaders
Use Wrike or similar tools to organize timelines and workflows
Share best practices that help the team move faster
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
2 or more years of marketing experience in a coordinator or specialist capacity
Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, plus Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects
Clear, proactive communication with cross-functional partners
Must be at least 21 years of age
