Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans tailored for Central and Eastern Europe to support product launches, market development, and portfolio growth
Collaborate with global, regional, and local marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure messaging alignment across the region
Identify regional market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and tactical plans
Create and manage marketing collateral, sales tools, digital content, and educational materials highlighting the value of enabling technologies
Support the development of customer-facing presentations, case studies, and testimonials
Participate in cross-functional launch teams to ensure successful commercialization of new products and features
Gather and analyze regional market intelligence, providing regular reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with regulatory requirements and Medtronic’s quality standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of three years’ experience working with large capital products, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a matrixed, cross-functional, and multicultural environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
