About the role
- As a PMO Manager at vitagroup, you will ensure structured project management in the digital health sector. Tasks include KPI reporting and cross-departmental communication.
Responsibilities
- Durchführung von KPI-Reporting und Erstellung von Berichtswesen für Stakeholder und Management
- Erstellung & Pflege von Schulungsunterlagen sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen (intern & extern)
- Erstellung von Projekt- und Zeitplänen und Unterstützung bei der Ressourcenplanung in Abstimmung mit Projektmanagern
- Erstellung von Kundenangeboten und Abrechnungen - Du bist die Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen
- Ausbau des Wissensmanagement und der Projektdokumentation
- Unterstützung beim Risikomanagement von laufenden Projekten
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Tools
- Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von PMO-Standards und -Prozessen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT, Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung im PMO oder im Projektmanagement – idealerweise im SaaS- oder Gesundheitsumfeld
- Kenntnisse agiler und klassischer Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, Miro, o. ä.
- Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen im Gesundheitswesen (z. B. MDR, DSGVO) von Vorteil
