About the role

  • Support programme delivery across multiple complex projects
  • Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
  • Produce clear, high-quality reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
  • Maintain RAID logs, documentation, and governance timelines
  • Support performance tracking, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate governance activities and ensure reporting integrity
  • Facilitate effective communication between delivery teams and senior stakeholders
  • Work on-site in Leeds City Centre two days per week (hybrid)

Requirements

  • Proven PMO experience in large, complex organisations
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2)
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure
  • Prior experience in the public sector highly desirable
  • Available to start within 1–3 weeks
  • Able to work on-site in Leeds City Centre two days per week
