About the role

  • Analyze and improve Productivity, Scrap and Safety indicators.
  • Monitor IPTs in production areas.
  • Perform technical analyses of quality and safety issues; participate in inventory RRQC.
  • Participate in SQDC meetings at the PMC.
  • Prepare production work instructions.
  • Support the plant in improving KPIs (SQDC).
  • Propose and implement process and product improvement solutions.
  • Support Coordinators and Production Supervision in analyses and solutions for process improvements (CMC).
  • Assist Coordinators in training operators on production routines.
  • Lead CMC projects focused on MS (Material Saving) and NMS (Non-Material Saving).

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Engineering or Technologist).
  • Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and measurement instruments.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Must reside in Indaiatuba or surrounding area.
