About the role
- Consultant leading strategic HR projects for Brazil-Peru integration. Overseeing governance and performance metrics in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of strategic HR projects (Brazil/Peru integration);
- Lead governance (committees, forums, executive reporting);
- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), targets and HR outcomes;
- Support project leaders with action plans, timelines and risk management;
- Foster a culture of project management, data-driven decision-making and accountability;
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management, HR or related areas is desirable;
- Experience in project management, governance or portfolio management (preferably in HR or industrial sectors);
- Project methodologies (both traditional and agile);
- Definition and analysis of indicators, and development of dashboards/reports;
- Interaction with senior leadership;
- Advanced English.
