About the role

  • Human Resources Manager providing HR support for Aramark Corporate functional staff. Responsibilities include HR processes management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR generalist support for the Aramark Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE)
  • Management and administration of several imperative HR processes
  • Issue resolution including hotline calls response, investigation and follow-up
  • Corrective action/performance management consulting, and policy interpretation
  • Coordination for corporate engagement and celebration activities
  • HR metrics reporting and analysis
  • Benefits and payroll assistance as needed

Requirements

  • HR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
  • Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development
