About the role

  • Conduct diagnostic analytics, including but not limited to correlation, regression and trend analysis
  • Define meaningful performance and process metrics grounded in a strong understanding of business goals and end-to-end workflows
  • Build analytical frameworks by creating and enhancing datasets, developing tools and automating processes
  • Track organizational performance and provide timely insights to business partners through data analysis and visualization
  • Synthesize and translate analytical results into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations to business leadership
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and business leaders

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Applies foundational statistical concepts to interpret performance data and identify trends
  • Comfortable working with operational and transactional datasets
  • Experience leveraging Gen AI tools to accelerate insight generation preferred
  • SQL experience preferred; Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and/or Snowflake experience a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to varying levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, platforms and methodologies
