  • Collaborate with store management and executive leadership to design compensation plans that support company and dealership goals
  • Motivate employees to exceed performance expectations
  • Attract, retain, and reward high-performing talent
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
  • Conduct thorough analysis of pay plan effectiveness using historical and recent performance data
  • Present data-driven recommendations clearly to leaders at all levels
  • Contribute to compensation department projects, reporting, and analytics

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in compensation or HR analytics a plus
