About the role

  • Description of soils, sediments and tailings, and support with sampling of solid matrices;
  • Field mapping;
  • Writing reports, briefs and presentations;
  • Regular field work;
  • Availability to work in the field up to 5×/week when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Geography or Geological Engineering;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS, QGIS, Microsoft Office; Power BI (desirable);
  • Experience or exposure to borehole logging/soil descriptions (soils, sediments, tailings) — knowledge of soil and solid‑matrix geochemistry — national and state environmental legislation on contaminated site management;
  • Valid Class B driver's license (non‑provisional) with more than 2 years' definitive status
