About the role

  • Support for the People Delivery Admin team in the monthly payroll monitoring process ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.
  • Employee lifecycle management (hiring, extensions, conversions, terminations).
  • Offer continuous support to employees on labor law-related topics.
  • Preparation of regular reporting related to monthly administrative flows for monitoring efficiency and compliance.
  • Implementation and management of projects related to employee benefits, welfare, and corporate partnerships.
  • Continuous updating on labour and personnel administration regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in labor or economic law.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of Zucchetti.
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in People Administration in a company with CCNL Commercio.
  • Precision and confidentiality in performing tasks.
  • Proactivity, dynamism, and determination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
