- Support for the People Delivery Admin team in the monthly payroll monitoring process ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.

- Offer continuous support to employees on labor law-related topics.
- Preparation of regular reporting related to monthly administrative flows for monitoring efficiency and compliance.
- Implementation and management of projects related to employee benefits, welfare, and corporate partnerships.
- Continuous updating on labour and personnel administration regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in labor or economic law.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of Zucchetti.
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in People Administration in a company with CCNL Commercio.
- Precision and confidentiality in performing tasks.
- Proactivity, dynamism, and determination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
