About the role
- Payroll Specialist managing salary and time tracking for KBB GmbH, a cultural institution in Berlin. Focusing on compliance with labor laws and employee support.
Responsibilities
- Du setzt im Team die Gehaltsabrechnung um unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen (Betriebs-, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht).
- Du betreust unser System für Arbeitszeiterfassung und entwickelst es fachlich mit uns weiter.
- Du bearbeitest Arbeitszeitmodelle und stellst deren korrekte Abbildung im System sicher.
- Du berechnest Urlaubsansprüche – gerade bei Wechseln in den Arbeitszeitmodellen.
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um Arbeitszeit, Urlaub und Gehalt.
- Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben im Rahmen der Entgeltabrechnung.
- Du erstellst Reports und unterstützt mit deiner Expertise bei Auswertungen.
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Erfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung – idealerweise im öffentlichen Dienst.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie im TVöD Bund und Urlaubsrecht.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
- Offenheit für digitale Tools und Lust, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Teamgeist, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Diskretion.
