About the role
- Lohnbuchhalter responsible for monthly payroll and personal data management at Konzeptwerkstatt. Engaging with social security and financial accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
- You independently prepare the monthly payroll and salary statements for our “TTler”.
- You maintain our personnel master data and handle reporting and issuance of certificates.
- You liaise with social insurance agencies and authorities and manage communications.
- You support our financial accounting team — e.g., with accounts receivable, accounts payable, dunning procedures and payment transactions.
Requirements
- A completed commercial apprenticeship — ideally with further qualification in payroll or financial accounting, or as a tax clerk.
- Ideally, professional experience in payroll and financial accounting.
- Confident use of DATEV and MS Office.
- A structured, reliable and independent way of working.
- Team spirit, discretion and a high degree of responsibility.
