Responsibilities
Prepare and submit the monthly payroll variation files (incidents), ensuring accurate calculations and timely execution.
Manage fund provisioning for PIT (IRPF), Social Security, and Net Payroll.
Oversee the company car fleet for payroll purposes and manage employee expense claims (approval and verification).
Maintain the annual payment calendar and ensure all internal procedures align with audit requirements.
Administer and communicate employee benefits, including Restaurant, Transport, and Childcare vouchers.
Manage health insurance, travel insurance, and the company’s "Mobility Budget."
Monitor and report on benefit expenditure, ensuring it aligns with the company’s budget and strategy.
Manage the HR database and provide accurate headcount and holiday tracking reports.
Develop internal HR metrics and handle official statutory reporting (such as INE surveys).
Track and analyze time allocation across different projects to support operational efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with Collective Bargaining Agreement (Convenio Colectivo) updates and ensure their correct application.
Monitor changes in Spanish Labor Law and update internal policies accordingly (Paid/Unpaid leaves, Work Calendar).
Manage R&D (I+D+i) Social Security rebates and other legal exemptions.
Requirements
At least 8-10 years in a similar role within the Spanish market.
Degree in Labor Relations (Relaciones Laborales), Law, or Business Administration.
Deep knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (CBA) and Spanish Social Security systems.
Proficiency in Google Sheet / Excel (for Reporting) and experience with payroll software (e.g., A3, Sage, Workday, or SAP).
Fluency in Spanish and a professional level of English (essential for reporting and communication, minimum B2.2).
