Coordinates and facilitates patient billing and collection activities
Researches and holds payers accountable for hospital bill payments
Builds strong working relationships with assigned business units
Responds to incoming calls and makes outbound calls as required
Works independently under general supervision
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Insurance AR and/or Physician Fee for Service Billing
Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
