About the role

  • Manage programme implementation through close collaboration with partner organisations;
  • Provide ongoing support and coordination between partners and TdH NL’s technical teams;
  • Facilitate joint reflection and learning moments between partners and TdH NL.
  • Support identification and validation of new partners in assigned regions or thematic areas;
  • Lead or contribute to due diligence and screening processes;
  • Establish trust-based partnerships aligned with TdH NL’s mission.
  • Support partners in meeting compliance requirements and quality standards;
  • Oversee MEAL processes in collaboration with the MEAL team;
  • Review and consolidate partner reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
  • Support co-design of new projects with partners, promoting child and community participation;
  • Contribute to proposal development and donor engagement with contextual and partnership insights;
  • Identify new partnership and funding opportunities.
  • Facilitate partner engagement in learning exchanges and advocacy networks;
  • Promote awareness of portfolio performance and good practices;
  • Connect partners with technical or operational support across TdH NL.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership management, including due diligence and capacity strengthening
  • Experience managing or supporting programme implementation with civil society partners
  • Strong understanding of child rights, safeguarding, and protection standards
  • Experience in project development and fundraising support
  • Familiarity with MEAL processes and reporting standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across cultures and teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an NGO/INGO setting
  • Regional experience in Africa and/or Asia is a strong asset
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch or another relevant language is an asset.
