Responsibilities
Lead/support the global integration of bioethically grounded OCMO Policies across Johnson & Johnson.
Develop and implement educational programs to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Drive strategy and implementation for key OCMO Policies (e.g., Pre-Approval Access, Post‑Trial Access).
Provide expert counsel to business partners on policy interpretation and application; solution oriented problem solving of complex and sensitive matters.
Facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder engagement, including Regulatory, Legal, and other internal partners.
Collaborate closely with teams including but not limited to Innovative Medicines, Medical Devices, Post-Approval Delivery Unit (PADU), Global Medical Safety, Regulatory Legal, Global Medical Affairs, and Clinical R&D.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned and cohesive Policy interpretation and educational approaches.
Support strategic business objectives across the BPP portfolio and broader OCMO needs as required.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum of 9 years Pharma or Device related experience with proven performance is required.
Demonstrated experience in Organizational Policy related work is strongly preferred (e.g., authoring, educating, implementation).
