You work as a Partner Service Manager, acting as the link between our customers and our operational/technical teams (incident, change and problem management)
You are responsible for the comprehensive professional support of the customer
You continuously analyze the needs of our customers
You develop technical solution outlines, commercial evaluations and the structuring of proposals
You take on sub-project leadership for IT and telecommunications projects within our Service Management team
You deliver presentations and conduct workshops for our customers
You are responsible for coordinating internal and external resources in collaboration with our customers and, if applicable, their resources
You create and maintain schedules, budgets and implementation plans
Requirements
You have a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in service management or a similar role, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector
You have sound knowledge of ITIL (ideally certified) and experience with IT service management tools
You have excellent communication skills and present yourself confidently with customers
Your way of working is structured, analytical and solution-oriented
You complement our team with good written and spoken German and English skills
