About the role

  • You work as a Partner Service Manager, acting as the link between our customers and our operational/technical teams (incident, change and problem management)
  • You are responsible for the comprehensive professional support of the customer
  • You continuously analyze the needs of our customers
  • You develop technical solution outlines, commercial evaluations and the structuring of proposals
  • You take on sub-project leadership for IT and telecommunications projects within our Service Management team
  • You deliver presentations and conduct workshops for our customers
  • You are responsible for coordinating internal and external resources in collaboration with our customers and, if applicable, their resources
  • You create and maintain schedules, budgets and implementation plans

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • You bring several years of professional experience in service management or a similar role, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector
  • You have sound knowledge of ITIL (ideally certified) and experience with IT service management tools
  • You have excellent communication skills and present yourself confidently with customers
  • Your way of working is structured, analytical and solution-oriented
  • You complement our team with good written and spoken German and English skills
