About the role

• Partner Lawyer at vezzilapolla.legal focusing on Consumer Law and various legal services. Involves drafting legal documents and direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Drafting all court and administrative filings;
• Direct contact with clients and alignment of case strategies;
• Negotiating settlements;
• Completing entries in the firm's and client's systems;
• Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up;
• Attending hearings and performing other activities required for the client's routine.

Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration;
• Knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Consumer Law;
• Knowledge of and postgraduate qualification in Gaming & Gambling Law is a plus;
• Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
