Responsibilities
Initiate, monitor and coordinate negotiations (Annual Mandatory Negotiations - NAO / company collective agreement negotiations)
Manage disciplinary procedures, dismissals, mutual termination agreements (ruptures conventionnelles) and employment tribunal (Conseil de Prud’hommes) cases
Ensure legal monitoring: track legislative and regulatory developments in employment law
Provide legal advice to establishments and managers on HR-related issues
Draft and update internal materials (procedures, memos, guides)
Requirements
Higher education in social/employment law (Bachelor’s degree and ideally a Master 2 / Master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in-house or in a law firm, with strong knowledge of industrial relations and labor/employment law
Rigour, analytical skills and strong drafting/writing abilities
Good interpersonal and coaching skills to support teams
Knowledge of Collective Agreement 66 (CCN 66) preferred
