About the role

  • Juriste en Droit Social supporting the HR direction in managing social relations and legal issues. Engaging in negotiations and legal advisory within a significant social inclusion organization.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, monitor and coordinate negotiations (Annual Mandatory Negotiations - NAO / company collective agreement negotiations)
  • Manage disciplinary procedures, dismissals, mutual termination agreements (ruptures conventionnelles) and employment tribunal (Conseil de Prud’hommes) cases
  • Ensure legal monitoring: track legislative and regulatory developments in employment law
  • Provide legal advice to establishments and managers on HR-related issues
  • Draft and update internal materials (procedures, memos, guides)

Requirements

  • Higher education in social/employment law (Bachelor’s degree and ideally a Master 2 / Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in-house or in a law firm, with strong knowledge of industrial relations and labor/employment law
  • Rigour, analytical skills and strong drafting/writing abilities
  • Good interpersonal and coaching skills to support teams
  • Knowledge of Collective Agreement 66 (CCN 66) preferred
