About the role

  • Junior Lawyer specializing in Labor Law for litigation. Join the legal team to manage client cases and develop legal documents while collaborating with interns.

Responsibilities

  • Draft initial and interim petitions, appeals, and enforcement filings in labor law cases
  • Meet with and advise clients, ensuring excellent communication and case follow-up
  • Monitor case progress and manage deadlines
  • Supervise interns, organizing tasks, assignments, and the legal schedule
  • Conduct online and in-person hearings

Requirements

  • Law degree and active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration
  • Prior experience in Labor Law
  • Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong time management
  • Ability to manage a team and handle administrative and procedural routines
  • Experience in civil and corporate law is a plus
