Responsibilities

  • Reading court publications and notices
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and pleadings
  • Preparing legal opinions and analyses
  • Reviewing and entering data into case management systems
  • Client meetings
  • Preparing reports
  • Managing incoming and closed cases

Requirements

  • Law degree required; postgraduate specialization in the relevant field preferred
  • Active membership with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP)
  • Experience with Banking Law and Consumer Law
  • Agility and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with high volumes and urgent deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Regular attendance and dependability
  • High productivity
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
