Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for strategic labor matters, working directly in both litigation and advisory capacities, contributing to decisions that impact our clients' businesses.
  • Develop strategic reasoning in defense of corporate interests.
  • Manage deadlines efficiently, ensuring smooth processing of filings and tasks.
  • Actively participate in defining strategies together with the coordination team.
  • Maintain direct contact with clients at the office.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice while maintaining a professional demeanor that adds value to the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years practicing as a labor attorney
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical proficiency: Ability to meet routine deadlines without the need for review by senior attorneys
  • Effective communicator and hearing advocate (experience in court hearings)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
