Responsibilities
Lead generation & prospecting
Identification of potential new clients (LinkedIn, industry directories, events)
Initial outreach to decision-makers (phone, email, social selling)
Scheduling meetings and appointments for our Senior Consultants
Existing client & account management
Maintenance and development of existing client relationships
Support with proposal preparation and follow-up
Organizing customer meetings and follow-ups
Sales support & marketing
Maintaining our CRM system
Assisting with webinars, events and marketing campaigns
Preparing short reports & forecasts for management
Requirements
Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in an IT or consulting environment
Confident manner and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Affinity for SAP topics or willingness to learn and deepen knowledge
Structured working style, self-organisation and reliability
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
