About the role

  • B2B Sales role focusing on lead generation and customer relationship management. Engaging with clients in the IT and consulting sectors for a consulting firm in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & prospecting
  • Identification of potential new clients (LinkedIn, industry directories, events)
  • Initial outreach to decision-makers (phone, email, social selling)
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments for our Senior Consultants
  • Existing client & account management
  • Maintenance and development of existing client relationships
  • Support with proposal preparation and follow-up
  • Organizing customer meetings and follow-ups
  • Sales support & marketing
  • Maintaining our CRM system
  • Assisting with webinars, events and marketing campaigns
  • Preparing short reports & forecasts for management

Requirements

  • Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in an IT or consulting environment
  • Confident manner and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Affinity for SAP topics or willingness to learn and deepen knowledge
  • Structured working style, self-organisation and reliability
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
