Outside Sales Representative for ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning connecting with insurance agents and property managers. Responsible for growing referral networks in Massachusetts and Rhode Island while developing long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a local territory of referral sources
Building long-term relationships with: Property managers, Insurance agents and adjusters, Healthcare facilities, Business owners
Conduct face-to-face route visits, networking drop-ins, and meetings (30+ per week)
Represent our brand at trade shows, CE classes, co-marketing events, and industry association functions (2–4 evenings/month)
Tracking activities in our CRM (Luxor), supported by weekly check-ins with our sales coach
Requirements
3+ years of outside or territory sales experience
Background in restoration, insurance, construction, property management, or B2B services preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using a CRM system
Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation
Positive, outgoing, and professional presence.
