About the role

  • Support in growing the community via LinkedIn and email
  • Sending pre-written invitation messages to promote communities and events
  • Managing LinkedIn and email inboxes
  • Identifying and proactively reaching out to people who interact with LinkedIn content
  • Maintaining and updating the community database (CRM)
  • Communicating with community hosts to assign and track their to-dos

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in administrative roles (e.g., Sales Assistant, Sales Development Representative, Assistant, Support Staff, Administrative Clerk, Call Center Agent)
  • Written and spoken German and English skills at a minimum C1 level
  • Strong command of spelling and grammar
  • Reliability and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under clear guidance and follow established processes
  • Fast and confident use of computers and the Internet
  • Suitable remote workspace with a stable internet connection and a quiet environment
