About the role
- Conduct sales via phone or chat for auto, home and life insurance;
- Use a consultative approach focused on identifying sales opportunities from leads who visit the website and request a quote;
- Understand customer needs in order to offer the products/services that best meet their expectations;
- Manage and overcome leads' objections to close the sale.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Ability to work in a home office setup;
- Have an appropriate workspace for home office (desk, chair and a quiet environment);
- Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
- Availability to work on-site at the office in Vila Olímpia when required by the company/leadership;
- Wired internet connection with more than 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi);
- Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat and Microsoft Office);
- Experience in sales customer service.
