About the role

  • Develop training initiatives and programs to strengthen the Company’s culture;
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify training and development needs with departments and leaders;
  • Design learning pathways and monitor related indicators;
  • Manage digital learning platforms (LXP, LMS and others), training logistics, resources and vendors;
  • Create learning and development content and strategies for synchronous and asynchronous delivery;
  • Prepare and track metrics such as training effectiveness, ROI and performance analyses;
  • Contribute to the design of specific development programs (e.g., leadership, trainee programs);
  • Own metrics and results analysis; produce reports and action plans;
  • Support department projects and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, HR Management or a related field;
  • Prior experience in Organizational Development (OD), with involvement in Learning & Development (L&D), especially in engagement/climate, culture and/or performance;
  • Experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring and the preparation of reports and presentations;
  • Knowledge of digital learning tools and learning methodologies;
  • Skilled in delivering training and facilitating groups;
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
