Responsibilities
Develop training initiatives and programs to strengthen the Company’s culture;
Conduct diagnostics to identify training and development needs with departments and leaders;
Design learning pathways and monitor related indicators;
Manage digital learning platforms (LXP, LMS and others), training logistics, resources and vendors;
Create learning and development content and strategies for synchronous and asynchronous delivery;
Prepare and track metrics such as training effectiveness, ROI and performance analyses;
Contribute to the design of specific development programs (e.g., leadership, trainee programs);
Own metrics and results analysis; produce reports and action plans;
Support department projects and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, HR Management or a related field;
Prior experience in Organizational Development (OD), with involvement in Learning & Development (L&D), especially in engagement/climate, culture and/or performance;
Experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring and the preparation of reports and presentations;
Knowledge of digital learning tools and learning methodologies;
Skilled in delivering training and facilitating groups;
Learning Consultant at TIAA assessing and designing employee training initiatives. Collaborating with management to enhance organizational learning and development strategies.
