Responsibilities
Intelligent Inventory vs. Demand Management: Perform thorough analyses of inventory versus orders, ensuring optimized release of orders according to supply availability. Your expertise will be key to progressively reducing sales constraints, turning each analysis into an opportunity to maximize revenue.
Strategic Partnership with the Commercial Team: Act as an internal consultant to the commercial team, providing fast and accurate responses to inquiries, assisting with intelligent quota distribution, and conducting in-depth sales forecast analyses. Your role is to translate between operational capacity and commercial ambitions.
Logistics Intelligence Hub: Provide strategic inventory and logistics insights through daily analyses and KPIs. Develop dashboards and reports that anticipate problems and identify opportunities, serving as the operation’s radar.
Strategic Customer Segmentation Management: Serve as the guardian of customer segmentation, ensuring that stock releases and route definitions follow predefined strategic criteria.
Guardian of Operational KPIs: Rigorously monitor the area’s KPIs in line with the company’s strategic needs and established goals, ensuring continuous process regularization. Be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Continuous Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the order flow and propose innovative solutions that improve efficiency without compromising quality. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact customer service levels.
Requirements
Supply Chain Operations Experience: Experience in logistics operations focused on order management, demand planning, or supply analysis. Practical knowledge of the challenges of balancing stock availability with variable demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working as a bridge between different areas (commercial, supply, logistics), demonstrating the ability to translate business needs into viable operational solutions.
KPI Management: Experience building, monitoring, and analyzing operational KPIs, with the ability to identify trends and propose proactive corrective actions.
Experience in Segmentation and Prioritization: Practical knowledge of customer segmentation criteria and application of prioritization rules, preferably with experience in B2B environments where strategic relationship management is essential.
SAP experience is a plus.
Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
