Accurately and efficiently process customer orders for Chrome products and services, validating all necessary information (Order Processing and Validation)
Coordinate with sales, inventory, and other teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment (Order Fulfillment Coordination)
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, billing, and product delivery
Maintain accurate records of order transactions and update customer information in internal systems
Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Workday) systems for efficient order and data management
Identify opportunities to improve order processing and fulfillment workflows and collaborate to implement enhancements
Generate and analyze reports on order processing metrics and provide insights for operational improvements
Ensure order operations comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Fluent in English (speak, read and write)
Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or operations
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing order information and data
Proficiency in order management systems, CRM (such as Salesforce), ERP systems (such as Workday), and standard office software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to improvise
Excellent organizational skills, including time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
Customer-focused mindset with dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
