Responsibilities
- Extracting, analyzing, and proactively providing recommendations based on data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives support
- Developing and implementing advanced tools and processes to measure and optimize Element’s products and services
- Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, tools, and analytics solutions to monitor and measure KPIs
- Continuously improving and updating tools to meet evolving business needs
- Extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization
- Preparing regular reports and dashboards that highlight operational efficiency, cost and revenue trends, and areas for improvement
- Tracking the effectiveness of implemented tools and processes, ensuring they meet set targets and KPIs
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure operating efficiency
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity while delivering insights for strategic planning and continuous improvement
- Implementing predictive models, machine learning, and forecasting techniques to anticipate issues and recommend preventive actions
- Communicating findings and recommending improvements to senior management
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to align solutions with business priorities and client needs
- Championing change management and continuous improvement across the organization
- Partnering with IT and data engineering to enhance enterprise data architecture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an area related to IT/Data, Business intelligence, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science and Mathematics, Innovation, or similar
- At least 3-4 years as data analyst or data science positions
- Proven experience in metrics, dashboard creation, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics
- Proven experience in Automations, AI
- Familiarity with fleet management, telematics, and IoT data preferred.
