About the role

  • Extracting, analyzing, and proactively providing recommendations based on data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives support
  • Developing and implementing advanced tools and processes to measure and optimize Element’s products and services
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, tools, and analytics solutions to monitor and measure KPIs
  • Continuously improving and updating tools to meet evolving business needs
  • Extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization
  • Preparing regular reports and dashboards that highlight operational efficiency, cost and revenue trends, and areas for improvement
  • Tracking the effectiveness of implemented tools and processes, ensuring they meet set targets and KPIs
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure operating efficiency
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity while delivering insights for strategic planning and continuous improvement
  • Implementing predictive models, machine learning, and forecasting techniques to anticipate issues and recommend preventive actions
  • Communicating findings and recommending improvements to senior management
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to align solutions with business priorities and client needs
  • Championing change management and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Partnering with IT and data engineering to enhance enterprise data architecture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an area related to IT/Data, Business intelligence, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science and Mathematics, Innovation, or similar
  • At least 3-4 years as data analyst or data science positions
  • Proven experience in metrics, dashboard creation, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics
  • Proven experience in Automations, AI
  • Familiarity with fleet management, telematics, and IoT data preferred.
