Lead global compensation operations, technology, and innovation for a Fortune 500 enterprise
Oversee the end-to-end compensation lifecycle, driving modernization, automation, and continuous improvement of programs, tools, and governance
Build scalable processes, implementing advanced technologies, and ensuring global consistency and compliance
Oversee strategy, roadmap, and optimization of Workday Compensation
Champion automation and AI-driven solutions
Own and optimize global Workday Compensation configuration
Develop automation and AI/ML-driven solutions for compensation processes
Design advanced tools for pricing, audits, analytics, and decision support
Oversee survey participation, vendor management, and benchmarking
Ensure data governance, audits, and system documentation
Manage and develop a global team with technical and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field; CCP certification
8–10 years of progressive compensation experience including global responsibility
