About the role

  • Operative Leitung des Restaurants bei L'Osteria in Bayreuth. Unterstützen des Betriebsleiters und Teamführung zur Sicherstellung der Qualität und reibungslosen Abläufe.

Responsibilities

  • Operational leadership of the restaurant – you ensure smooth operations and efficient teamwork
  • Supporting the operations manager – together you monitor budget, staffing and quality
  • Product focus & control – you oversee food usage and costs, inventories, stock management and ordering
  • Team leadership & development – you motivate your team and actively support training and further development
  • Host role – together with your team you ensure the perfect L’Osteria experience
