About the role

  • Customer Support: We receive numerous inquiries from customers and carriers every day, which you will handle competently both verbally and in writing and use as an opportunity to build a dialogue with them.
  • Daily Operations: At Pickwings, quality comes first. Open orders are always your priority and you act proactively so that problems don’t arise in the first place.
  • Enabling: You are the “wingman” for our sales team. You create sales opportunities for them and act as the link between the customer and sales.
  • All-rounder: As a startup, we will continuously entrust you with exciting and challenging tasks from other areas. You show initiative, are flexible, and enjoy learning new things.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in logistics/transport.
  • You are assertive and have strong communication skills.
  • You have technical understanding and IT skills. We are digital!
  • Your German and English skills, both written and spoken, are excellent.
