About the role

  • Technical and commercial operation management of heat supply facilities
  • Cooperation and leadership in collaboration with customers, technicians and service providers
  • Proactively address technical challenges and perform independent fault analyses
  • Develop and maintain service and maintenance concepts
  • Monitor compliance with permit-compatible operating standards and relevant occupational safety measures
  • Secure and monitor an optimal fuel/raw material supply

Requirements

  • Technical training or degree in engineering, energy technology, plant engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Training as a mechatronics technician, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning systems (HVAC) or a comparable technical qualification
  • Leadership skills and practical experience managing teams or employees
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in energy supply or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of heat and power supply systems
  • Solid commercial/business experience for efficient control and optimization of operational business processes
  • Digital proficiency with MS Office
  • Native-level German language skills
  • Valid Class B driving license
