Responsibilities
Technical and commercial operation management of heat supply facilities
Cooperation and leadership in collaboration with customers, technicians and service providers
Proactively address technical challenges and perform independent fault analyses
Develop and maintain service and maintenance concepts
Monitor compliance with permit-compatible operating standards and relevant occupational safety measures
Secure and monitor an optimal fuel/raw material supply
Requirements
Technical training or degree in engineering, energy technology, plant engineering or a comparable qualification
Training as a mechatronics technician, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning systems (HVAC) or a comparable technical qualification
Leadership skills and practical experience managing teams or employees
At least 3 years of professional experience in energy supply or a related field
Comprehensive knowledge of heat and power supply systems
Solid commercial/business experience for efficient control and optimization of operational business processes
Digital proficiency with MS Office
Native-level German language skills
Valid Class B driving license
