Operations Coordinator joining the WFM team at papernest in Barcelona. Engaging in user access management and operational support tasks for an innovative platform.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular checks of user rights and statuses (sanity checks);
Manage creation, deletion and modification of access to business tools (Salesforce, Diabolocom, Verint, Google, internal tools…);
Monitor daily user access and ensure proper management of available licenses;
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes;
Track agents’ login and availability data to support real-time monitoring;
Handle access incidents reported by internal teams and external partners (BPO).
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5) in a field related to management, IT, administration, business, customer support or operations.
Previous experience in an operational or administrative environment is a plus.
Fluency in French and either Spanish or English.
Strong Excel skills.
