About the role

  • Conduct regular checks of user rights and statuses (sanity checks);
  • Manage creation, deletion and modification of access to business tools (Salesforce, Diabolocom, Verint, Google, internal tools…);
  • Monitor daily user access and ensure proper management of available licenses;
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Track agents’ login and availability data to support real-time monitoring;
  • Handle access incidents reported by internal teams and external partners (BPO).

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5) in a field related to management, IT, administration, business, customer support or operations.
  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and either Spanish or English.
  • Strong Excel skills.
