About the role

Requirements

  • Degree in (online) marketing, business administration, communications, media studies, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in online or performance marketing, ideally with a focus on automation, tracking, and data-driven optimization
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and confident use of CMS platforms (e.g., TYPO3)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEA, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and performance measurement
  • Creative and motivated to turn new ideas into measurable results
