About the role

  • Own and manage the global onboarding program end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, consistent, high-quality experience
  • Partner with business and tech leads to design and deliver onboarding content, learning materials, structured plans, and role-based tracks
  • Act as the main liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT to coordinate logistics (system access, IT setup, scheduling) and guarantee a seamless first day
  • Support new hires and their managers through onboarding and the probation period, ensuring learning milestones are met
  • Standardize and maintain onboarding processes across global offices; keep all materials organized, up-to-date, and accessible
  • Serve as a central point of contact and collaborate with leaders worldwide to build and execute a unified onboarding strategy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management, focused on onboarding, training, or learning and development
  • Proven experience in curriculum design or content development for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of successfully managing diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global tech environment
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy digestible storylines
  • Proficiency with project management and learning management systems (LMS) is a bonus
