Own and manage the global onboarding program end-to-end, ensuring a smooth, consistent, high-quality experience
Partner with business and tech leads to design and deliver onboarding content, learning materials, structured plans, and role-based tracks
Act as the main liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT to coordinate logistics (system access, IT setup, scheduling) and guarantee a seamless first day
Support new hires and their managers through onboarding and the probation period, ensuring learning milestones are met
Standardize and maintain onboarding processes across global offices; keep all materials organized, up-to-date, and accessible
Serve as a central point of contact and collaborate with leaders worldwide to build and execute a unified onboarding strategy
Requirements
7+ years of experience in project or program management, focused on onboarding, training, or learning and development
Proven experience in curriculum design or content development for technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Track record of successfully managing diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global tech environment
Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy digestible storylines
Proficiency with project management and learning management systems (LMS) is a bonus
