About the role

  • Complete pre-determined account visits as per the daily Journey Plan.
  • Service stores on your journey plan, merchandising these to a high standard and maximising facings for all brands.
  • Work closely with the Business Developer in the region to drive visibility and sales.
  • Complete designated additional retail, convenience and forecourt store account visits.
  • Complete all operational and auditing systems through an iPad device (DRIVE, E-commerce orders and Monday.com audits).
  • Implement distribution agreements agreed at head office or by the area Business Developer.
  • Implement planograms and cooler relays when required.
  • Place Point-of-Sale material and displays and manage coolers and stands.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and take ownership of accounts.
  • Introduce new products not previously listed and report competitor activity.
  • Achieve pre-determined quarterly objectives and KPIs.
  • Extensive travel across Galway, Roscommon and Mayo; complete direct orders and in-store merchandising.

Requirements

  • Eligible to drive throughout Ireland and have a full clean drivers’ licence.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in your hours of work as required.
  • Ability to engage in clear and respectful communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong customer and teamwork focus.
  • A neat and tidy appearance.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Entry-level (minimum experience: Entry-level).
