About the role

  • Lead and oversee new business implementations in an agile manner, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Act as the focal point between internal stakeholders (product, legal, commercial, operations, etc.) and external partners.
  • Map and mitigate risks, anticipate issues, and propose practical solutions.
  • Organize and document operational flows, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in alignment meetings, checkpoints, and prioritization forums.
  • Ensure that all involved teams are engaged and informed about project progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in agile implementation of complex projects, preferably in corporate environments or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills with different stakeholder profiles.
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Spanish is a plus but not required.
