- Quality Analyst in Innovation team ensuring safety and performance of packaging through ISTA tests and compliance with customer requirements. Collaborating on continuous improvement and technical reporting.
Responsibilities
- Execute and analyze ISTA tests, ensuring compliance with standards, internal procedures and customer requirements.
- Perform laboratory tests for compression, vibration, drop and stacking, ensuring result reliability.
- Prepare technical reports, interpret test data and communicate results to the relevant areas.
- Support packaging development and validation projects, proposing improvements based on obtained results.
- Maintain technical records, equipment control, calibration and laboratory organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and best practices of the testing laboratory.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry or related fields.
- Intermediate English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Prior laboratory experience, preferably in packaging analysis with emphasis on paper and corrugated cardboard.
- Knowledge of certifications such as ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) is desirable.
- Experience preparing technical reports and participating in packaging approval/homologation processes.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, with analytical skills to interpret data and produce clear, structured and consistent documents.
- Good communication skills, ensuring effective transmission of results and recommendations to the relevant areas.
