- Senior Travel Analyst managing and optimizing travel systems and expenses at Tigre. Ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality experiences for users.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s approved corporate systems for travel requests, approvals, and travel control, ensuring correct configuration, data reliability, and compliance with internal policies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the travel agency’s performance against the contracted scope, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies, while promoting benchmarking and incorporating industry best practices.
- Update current policies related to travel and mobility processes, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, applicable legislation, and market best practices across national and international locations where we operate.
- Maintain continuous engagement with business units, establishing an open and structured communication channel with key internal stakeholders.
- Lead process improvements focused on cost reduction and resource optimization, ensuring greater efficiency, governance, and financial sustainability, while monitoring compliance with the travel policy and key performance indicators.
- Provide specialized support to the travel agency and employees, offering clear guidance on policies and processes to ensure compliance and proper execution of corporate directives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Hospitality, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Spanish
- Postgraduate qualification in related fields is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel management systems; experience in travel and mobility operations; supplier management; process management applying continuous improvement; engagement with internal clients at all levels; budget management and performance indicators.
