About the role

Responsibilities
- Preparation of state and municipal tax calculations (ICMS, ICMS ST, DIFAL and ISS);
- Preparation of ancillary tax filings (SPED ICMS IPI, GIA, DIME, DIPAM and DAPI);
- Tax reconciliations;
- Managing processes through to timely payment of taxes;
- Liaising with other departments to understand and resolve tax-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required);
- Postgraduate and/or Master's degree (preferred);
- Knowledge of Oracle, Datasul, Syncro and Recebe+ systems;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
- Experience preparing and reconciling state taxes and ancillary tax filings;
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work; attention to detail and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Availability to work in São Bernardo do Campo, SP — hybrid model, with 3 days per week on-site.
