About the role

  • Provide Functional Analysis in support of Workday Development teams
  • Partner with Workday Architects, Leads and Business to support leading the analysis of problems
  • Formulate and develop new and/or optimized business requirements
  • Provide analysis for case studies for technology developments
  • Identify root causes of issues and provide effective and timely resolutions
  • Provide subject matter Testing and Data Management Support
  • Coordinate across the Workday functional and technical teams
  • Support recurring operational events and actions
  • Execute events in Workday, EIBs and mass operation moves
  • Provide Post-Production Support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Implementation and Administration
  • 3+ years of experience in Requirements Management
  • 3+ years of experience with requirements-based testing
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • One or more Workday Partner/Customer Certifications
  • 3+ years of experience requiring Project Management skills
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements
  • Experience in design thinking, user centered design, human centered design
