Responsibilities
Provide Functional Analysis in support of Workday Development teams
Partner with Workday Architects, Leads and Business to support leading the analysis of problems
Formulate and develop new and/or optimized business requirements
Provide analysis for case studies for technology developments
Identify root causes of issues and provide effective and timely resolutions
Provide subject matter Testing and Data Management Support
Coordinate across the Workday functional and technical teams
Support recurring operational events and actions
Execute events in Workday, EIBs and mass operation moves
Provide Post-Production Support
Requirements
3+ years of experience with Workday Implementation and Administration
3+ years of experience in Requirements Management
3+ years of experience with requirements-based testing
Bachelor's degree or higher
One or more Workday Partner/Customer Certifications
3+ years of experience requiring Project Management skills
Experience developing and implementing process improvements
Experience in design thinking, user centered design, human centered design
