About the role

  • Plan, implement and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns;
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend optimizations based on real data;
  • Run A/B tests, adjust targeting and track campaign performance;
  • Create and review copy and creative assets in collaboration with the design and content teams;
  • Produce performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations;
  • Participate in performance meetings and contribute ideas to increase ROI and reduce CAC;
  • Keep up with trends in the U.S. market and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads;
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google My Business;
  • Basic to intermediate English (reading and interpreting briefs);
  • Organized, focused and results-oriented mindset;
  • Experience with the U.S. market (Home Improvement);
  • Experience with international campaigns.
