About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify target companies with potential to join our client portfolio;
  • Tailor the commercial approach and sales communication according to the lead's profile;
  • Hold meetings to present and demonstrate Vitta's solutions to prospects;
  • Prepare commercial proposals (scope, price, payment terms, etc.) to be presented to the client, in alignment with internal teams;
  • Drive negotiations with leads and perform follow-ups until deal closure;
  • Curate leads by mapping career movements, published posts, identifying similar connections, awards received, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Experience in consultative sales;
  • Knowledge of sales metrics and KPIs;
  • Ability to build relationships with and influence decision-makers and executives (management/director level, C-level) who recognize business impact;
  • Experience in telemedicine (plus).
