About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for executing commercial strategies for brand growth at Campari Group. Engaging with retail and distributors to drive sales and market execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic partnerships with retailers and distributors.
  • Execute the regional commercial strategy, ensuring sales targets and high-quality execution.
  • Develop business plans with distributors to achieve sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Train and support the indirect sales team and partners.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and prepare management reports.
  • Contribute to strategic market decisions based on data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
  • Preferred experience in sales within the Off-Trade channel.
  • English language skills are a plus.
